An art exhibition housing Romuald Hazoume, a critically acclaimed African artist, a cocktail of independent short African films from Morocco to Mozambique, high octane African drums pounding away, delicious canapés and drinks from the continent and 200 young professionals mingling and chatting animatedly on a luminous evening.

Welcome to Out of Africa, the annual fundraising event which was organised during Black History Month by With Love From Friends (WLFF), a not for profit organisation dedicated to the advancement of quality education in Nigeria and Africa at large.

This year saw WLFF collaborate with Bethesda Child Support Agency (BCSA), a Nigerian-based charity which focuses on providing free primary school education in high density slums in Lagos State, Nigeria.
The Out of Africa event raised £4000 which was employed effectively into purchasing and presenting much needed textbooks, exercise books, art materials and learning tools to a free primary school which is currently being built in Bariga (Lagos, Nigeria).
